New Beginnings

Welcome! I'm happy you are here.
At the moment, I'm welcoming the shift in and around how we relate to self and others in a renewed sense of community, that is gaining momentum as more and more people realise that if we want to create a world where we all thrive, things need to change.
I feel it is time.
And with the Year of the Red Fire Horse beginning in February 2026, there is still time to utilise the Year of the Snake energy that we are currently in, to shed and release all those heavy burdens we have been carrying for so long, and invite fresh ideas and new perspectives.
Have you felt the momentum of the Red Fire Horse already? For me, the upheaval and chaos around the world signals deep revolutionary change, whether we are ready for it or not. How that will unfold is unknown right now, but it is not out of our hands.
Scaling down our perception to our own sphere of influence can greatly help us ride the waves of change without ending up feeling overwhelmed or overloaded. And this is where shifting away from the hyper vigilance of social media, that has kept us trapped into scattering our energy far and wide, to multiple different places at once, is of enormous benefit.
The 'need to know' what the whole world is experiencing has lead to us feeling ungrounded and disconnected from our own inner landscape, which is the guiding foundation of our external world view. We have forgotten to include ourselves in the tapestry of life when thinking of life itself.
I really don't believe that we are meant to know every thought, idea, opinion, experience from people in every country, 24/7, in real time. Our nervous systems are not designed to hold that much information continuously, unabated, with out time for pause. The relentless consumption of data from social media - even from the 'wellness' arena - overloads our system, which then results in our body adapting to dis-regulation, rather than being able to process what we have received. This in-turn mutes our intuition and reduces our ability to digest and discern what we need to keep, and what we need to discard.
Living this way isn't sustainable, and I think we are at that point of no return. We either change and truly move forward in a rewarding and expansive way, or we remain the same, and in a sense become calcified - unchanging, inflexible, hardened.
These blog posts will be a carry over from instagram, where I get to have bigger, deeper, more meaningful conversations with you all.
Hope you stay around!
